The Process

1. Inquiry Form
Please start by filling out our inquiry form to confirm that your wedding date fits within our booking calendar. This ensures we have room in our schedule to preserve your beautiful bouquet. We recommend reaching out at least 2–3 months in advance if possible.

2. Schedule Drop-Off
Once your date is confirmed, we’ll coordinate your flower drop-off. Flowers should be delivered to our home studio in New Braunfels, TX—ideally the morning after your wedding, or within 24 hours—to ensure the best preservation results.

3. Preservation & Design
After we receive your bouquet, we begin the preservation process. Each flower is carefully pressed and dried over several weeks. Once fully dried, we’ll move into the design phase, where your custom frame layout begins to take shape based on your chosen style and frame.

4. Framing & Final Pickup
After the layout is finalized and approved, we complete the framing process. Framing typically takes an additional 2-6 weeks. When your frame is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange for local pickup at our New Braunfels studio, or shipping if needed.
